Terms & Conditions of the Program

  • The User of this website agree that he/she is above 18years of age and as such by using the Website he/she accept or agree to the Terms of use when the option is made available to him/her and shall be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Registration is regarded as complete once full payment is made. After payment has been received, an email confirmation shall be sent to the registrant. If payment is not done at the time of booking, registration will be termed as provisional.
  • The official language of the program shall be in English but School Mates or Associations meetings could be in their own language, if desired.
  • A letter of invitation shall be provided to participant, only after a minimum non refundable registration fee payment of 299 Euros/ USD per person is received.
  • The letter of Invitation shall serve as a supporting document relating to visa issues, where possible. The final decision on Visa shall be taken care of by the respective Visa Consulates in your home country.
  • The letter of Invitation shall not guarantee the funding for any participant in case they are getting it from a third party.
  • Last minute registration should always be avoided and all the participants are requested to apply for their Letter of Invitation as earliest as possible if needed, as VISA support. The Organizers shall not contact the Consular Officer to accept last minute applications.
  • Participant shall return to the country of origin after the end of the program
  • For safety reasons, participants agree to observe all protocols or rules throughout the program.
  • Participant shall report in writing, any disability requiring special attention at the time of registration. The Organizers shall make every effort to accommodate disabled participant by reserving for them wheelchair assistance and handicap accessible rooms where available, however, The Organizers shall not be responsible for any denial.
  • The Organizers shall not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel, or personal insurance. Participant is strongly advised to have travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical costs, and injury. The Organizers shall not accept any responsibility for any participant’s failing to take out adequate insurance.
  • It is the responsibility of participant to ensure that his/her behavior does not cause offence or danger to himself/herself or others, or which risks damage to property or persons. participant shall be responsible for any injury or damage caused by his/her failure to behave in a safe and proper manner.
  • The Organizers shall not be responsible for any medical condition that occurs prior, during or after the program.
  • Identification badges are mandatory and shall be required for admission at all time.
  • The Organizers will be taking photographs or making audio recordings during the program. The photographs, videos, and audio recordings will be used to promote future related activities, including on the Internet via the event website and Social media for similar purposes only.
  • The program and associated websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which The Organizers takes no responsibility.
  • By submitting registration details, participant agree to allow The Organizers, Schools, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, or Associations associated with the program to contact them regarding their services.
  • Though every effort shall be made to follow the itinerary, it should be considered as an indication of the tour, rather than a contract of places to be visited. Occasionally local religious holidays, national days, traffic conditions and other events may necessitate changes in the sequence of visits or the missing of certain visits.
  • The meeting can be altered, hindered, or prevented by unexpected political or socio/economic events, by fire, flood, earthquakes, hurricanes, unseasonably extreme inclement weather, strikes, labor disputes, governmental or military authority, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, facility availability, civil disturbance, acts of God, acts of terrorism or threats of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, disasters or any other cause beyond its reasonable control or other unforeseeable events. In this case participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the program Organizers.
  • In case the Organizers cancels the event due to certain unavoidable circumstances, registration shall be transferred to the same program in the following year up to the next two years with no extra amount charged. In another way out, participant can also apply for refund of which only Bank charges shall be deducted from the amount paid.
  • In its sole discretion and without refund, The Organizers reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Tour anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the program or any other participant. Participant consents and agrees that in such event, he/she shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid.
  • The initial registration fee 299 USD/EURO which is part of the total program fees is not refundable.
  • Participant from the VISA ZONE shall apply for visa immediately after registration; and shall make final payment within seven (7) days after visa.
  • Fourteen days (14) days before the program date, a Security Coded and Verifiable Badge shall be issued to participant. The said badge shall be verified at all points of entry.
  • Participants from NON VISA ZONE shall make their final payment as quickly as possible to secure their seats.
  • Participant should note that the earlier payment is done, the better his/her choice is granted. This is because accommodation is granted by first in first served system. So the faster payment is made, the better participant’s choice of accommodation is granted.
  • In case participant request for a single room but delay in full payment or there is no availability of single room, the participant shall be shifted to double occupancy. The difference in payment shall be refunded to the participant.
  • Participant can be assured of his/her room if full payment is made. It is therefore advisable for Participant to make full payment as quickly as possible. Participant little delay may help another person to get a better chance.
  • Participants shall be granted a maximum of Sixty days to complete payment, after initial registration.
  • Features included in the package shall be: Accommodation as per marked; Comprehensive sightseeing tours with the services of professional Local English Speaking Tour guide; Entrance fees to site as specified in the Itinerary: Transportation, Breakfast and Dinner.
  • Features not included in the package shall be: Tips and gratuities, Vaccination, Travel Insurance (Mandatory), Visa fees, Air Ticket, Medicals, personal expenses and any other item(s) not specifically mentioned as included.
  • Authorized Travel Agencies, Associations, Clubs, Societies, Schools, etc. have their own terms and conditions that need to be followed.
  • At the point of entry at any Country, Immigration Officers double check whoever is seeking entry. In case participant fails to comply with the relevant provisions, it can lead to refusal of entry. In this case, there cannot be any request of refund.
  • Take note that If participant cancels the program, the letter of invitation and all related documents shall be automatically void.
  • Sixty (60) days before program date, there shall not be any refund.
  • Cancellation shall be made in writing with the support of a valid proof of documents while applying for refunds.
  • Refund shall be made within 8 weeks after receipt of cancellation letter. Bank charges shall be borne by the participant.
  • Participant should note that the laws and regulations in his/her own country may differ from the laws at the destination.
  • Participant should not bring in:
    • Any kind of drugs (if you need to bring medication, we recommend that you bring a doctor’s note)
    • Toxic, flammable or explosive materials and fireworks
    • Clothing with provocative, offensive or insulting prints
    • Banners, cardboard/paper signs which does not reflect the program.
    • Weapons, chains or other objects that can be used as weapons or disturb order
    • Recording equipment
    • Skates, bicycles, scooters, skateboard
    • Drones or other flying objects
    • Animals
    • Flyers or other promotional materials which does not relate to the program
  • The program is organized in; Israel by Sarel Tours and Conference; Malta by Supreme Travels, Jordan by Go Jordan Tours, Ghana by Shareword Travels and in Egypt by Hello Egypt Tours
  • The Organizers of the program reserves the right, in its sole own discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions under which the Website is offered and the most current version of the Terms and Conditions shall supersede the previous versions.
  • This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the destination country. Further, the Parties agree that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this Agreement, shall be settled through arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the destination Arbitration Association or through an action brought in at any court of competent jurisdiction at the destination to the exclusion of the courts of any other state, territory or country. In connection with any arbitration or litigation, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
